I think the biggest points of concern have been very eloquently put forth by others, so I'm not going there again, but I'd just like to throw this out there (somehow I don't think I'm the first though):
Doesn't "Noble Exchange" and "Aurum" sound incredibly lame and somewhat-WoW-like?
Can't you find something that sounds more sci-fi and less high-fantasy?
